We offer advice and guidance in the areas of private and corporate lets as well student lets.
Let only
This service includes marketing your property, carrying out viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, completing relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks, referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement. The Let Only fee is £600 inclusive of VAT
Rental Collection
Often added to our Let only package, we will collect and protect your tenant’s deposit and rent. As part of this package, we will manage rent arrears and serve notice when required. We also offer rent guarantee packages to protect your income. The Rent Collection fee is 8% inclusive of VAT.
Fully managed service
Our fully managed service says what it does on the tin. In addition to securing you a tenant and managing your rent collection, we can handle all aspects of managing the tenancy. This includes key handling, property maintenance, inspections, inventory and handling any complaints or tenancy disputes. The Fully Managed fee is 11% inclusive of VAT.
Should the tenants’ lose their key/s, the cost will be £50 (cost will vary dependant on complexity of lock/security device).
Should the tenants’ wish to change a tenant on the contract, the fee will be £75.
